1. Get Prism Launcher and sign in with your Microsoft account (you need Minecraft: Java Edition).
2. Download the pack:
   byter-walkie.mrpack
3. In Prism: Add Instance → Import → pick the file. It downloads Fabric, Simple Voice Chat and the walkie mod.
4. Launch → Multiplayer → byter.lt is already in the list.
5. Press V in game to set up your microphone.

walkie-talkie

craft    copper ingot + redstone + iron ingot  → 2 walkies (any shape)
talk     hold left click with it in hand        ● TX
tune     sneak + right click in the air          channels 1–16
place    right click the top of a block       stands up like a candle
pick up  right click a placed walkie
hear     anyone within ~12 blocks of a radio on your channel hears you
         radios in your inventory play too · volume: V → Walkie-talkies
